📜 Frequently Asked Questions (a.k.a. Our Not-So-Stinky Policies)
We like to keep things simple, transparent, and drama-free—just the way a yard should be. Below are the official rules of our poop game.
🚪 Access to Your Property
We need safe, unobstructed access to your yard on your scheduled service day. Locked gates, territorial geese, or surprise moats may prevent us from doing our job. If we can't access your yard, we’ll notify you and attempt a reschedule—but this may result in a missed visit fee.
🐶 Pets in the Yard
We love animals (obviously), but for safety, we ask that aggressive or anxious dogs be secured inside during our visit. If your pup is friendly, we’re always happy to say hi and maybe even toss a treat or two (with your permission, of course). With a first time introduction to your pup, we will request that the owner be present to facilitate the meet-and-greet!
🌧️ Weather Policy
Rain or shine—we usually scoop in all conditions. Severe weather (like heavy snow, lightning, or heavy rain) may cause delays or rescheduling. We’ll keep you updated if the forecast prohibits service.
💰 Payments & Billing
We bill in advance for recurring services. Any major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, cash and/or checks are accepted. Invoices are sent via email or text, and auto-pay is available (and encouraged). Late payments may result in service interruption—because sadly, we can’t accept belly rubs or treats as currency.
📆 Cancellations & Pauses
Need to pause or cancel your service? No problem. Just give us at least 24 hours' notice before your next scheduled visit.
🐾 One-Time Cleanups
We quote one-time cleanups based on yard size, number of dogs and time since last cleanup. If it's been a while, we totally get it— we are here to help you get your yard back up-to-sniff (yes, dog joke).
♻️ Waste Disposal
All waste is double-bagged and placed in your trash bin or in a designated area you request. We’re eco-conscious and use biodegradable bags!
🐾 Missed Cleanups
If we’re unable to complete your service due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances, we’ll return on your next scheduled visit. Since pet waste continues to accumulate, the regular monthly charge will still apply. This ensures your yard gets fully cleaned and our team stays on schedule.
👃 Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not happy with our service, tell us within 24 hours and we’ll come back and fix it — at no cost. We don’t rest until your yard is poop-free and foot-friendly.

We respect your privacy like we respect a clean lawn. Your personal information will never be sold, shared, or sniffed around. Ever.
